Guinea regulator warns illegal Starlink users of prison and fines

Guinea's ARPT issued a statement after an inspection found fraudulent sale and operation of Starlink terminals. It cited penalties of one to five years in prison and fines of GNF 100 million to 1 billion. Starlink was not yet authorised in Guinea.
