Lebanese ISPs appeal to State Shura Council to annul Starlink licence

Cable One and Terranet filed an appeal on 5 November 2025 seeking to annul the decree licensing Starlink Lebanon. They argued it should have needed parliamentary approval, gives Starlink an unfair bandwidth advantage and raises lawful-interception concerns.
