Starlink still awaits Indian security and spectrum clearances; Musk blames 'oligarchs'

Starlink holds an Indian satcom licence but has not started commercial service while security approvals and spectrum assignment remain pending. Elon Musk alleged without evidence that unnamed oligarchs were blocking it, and in a later post named Ambani. The government rejected claims of bias, saying Starlink, Eutelsat OneWeb and Reliance Jio all face the same security compliance process.
