Son of Zimbabwean politicians arrested for possessing Starlink terminal

Neville Mutsvangwa was reportedly arrested on charges of illegally possessing a Starlink terminal under the Postal and Telecommunications Act. Zimbabwe approved Starlink about two weeks later.
