Cuban spectrum agency accuses Starlink of operating illegally under US and ITU rules

Cuba's radio spectrum control unit posted that Starlink may be operating illegally in Cuba, citing US sanctions and export laws and ITU spectrum rules, as kits sold informally for up to $2,000.
