Kazakhstan says home-installed Starlink terminals are illegal

Kazakhstan's digital ministry said residents installing Starlink terminals themselves were breaking the law, that it was negotiating with SpaceX to deactivate illegally bought terminals, and that users and sellers faced sanctions including fines.
