Musk confirms refusing Ukrainian request to enable Starlink near Crimea

Following excerpts from Walter Isaacson's biography, Musk said he declined an emergency Ukrainian request to activate Starlink up to Sevastopol for an attack on Russia's fleet, while disputing that SpaceX had deactivated anything.
