South AfricaStarlink asks South African customers to lobby ICASA over ownership rules
After a December 2025 policy directive on equity-equivalent schemes, Starlink emailed South African users asking them to write to ICASA in support. Parliament's communications committee chair called for the directive's withdrawal.
