Appeals court upholds FCC approval of Starlink Gen2 against Dish and Dark-Sky challenges

The US Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit unanimously rejected challenges by Dish Network and the International Dark-Sky Association to the FCC's partial approval of 7,500 second-generation Starlink satellites.
