United StatesFCC upholds denial of Starlink's RDOF subsidy after SpaceX appeal
On 12 December 2023 the FCC rejected SpaceX's application for review and affirmed the denial of the roughly $885.5 million RDOF award, again citing doubts that Starlink could deliver the promised speeds; two commissioners dissented.
