Lebanese regulator investigates unauthorised Starlink pre-order offer

A newly created firm, Lebanon Net, advertised Starlink pre-orders in June 2026 although Starlink had not launched commercially. The Telecommunications Regulatory Authority said residential subscriptions are not permitted and opened an investigation.
