Musk calls for Moraes's impeachment and threatens reciprocal seizure of Brazilian government assets

In a series of posts, Musk wrote that Moraes should be impeached and jailed, and said that unless Brazil returned X's and SpaceX's seized assets, he would seek reciprocal seizure of Brazilian government assets, adding that he hoped Lula enjoyed flying commercial.

Background

The posts came days after X's suspension, as Musk amplified calls for 7 September protests against Moraes; the asset post shared news of the US seizure of a plane used by Maduro.

No official response to the asset post was reported. The Supreme Court's First Panel unanimously upheld Moraes's suspension order.
